I am a Principal Engineer with Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association in Denver Colorado. Responsibilities in this role include designing, implementing, modifying, and documenting new and/or existing telecommunications systems & facilities, and ensuring compliance of Tri-State’s Interactive Remote Access system. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Dec of 2000. I am a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Colorado and Nebraska. I had the honor of being the student chairperson of IEEE at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In a professional capacity I have served as a Regional Chair, Audit Committee Chair, and on the Board of Directors of UTC (Utility Technology Council). In my personal time I enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids traveling, attending various sporting events, hiking, snowboarding, and watching them play soccer.
