Tom Perry is the Utilities Technology Council’s Manager, Membership and Regional Representative. He is responsible for helping to plan regional events. He also helps to recruit and retain members for the Membership Committee.
Tom comes to UTC with extensive experience in the utility industry and as a former UTC Board Chair from 2012-2013. He is the staff liaison to UTC’s Regional Division.
Tom received his bachelor’s degree from The Citadel, Charleston, S.C. When not at UTC, he enjoys spending time with his three grandchildren or watching Major League Baseball.
