Kevin M. Cookler, Esq. is a Member at Lerman Senter. He focuses his legal practice on regulatory, transactional, and policy matters for commercial and private wireless licensees, electric and gas utilities, wireless internet service providers and other emerging technology companies. He has represented clients in proceedings before the Federal Communications Commission, state public utility commissions and other federal and state agencies on issues such as spectrum policy and acquisition, corporate transactions, pole attachments, local zoning, tower siting and environmental and historic preservation compliance under the FCC's Nationwide Programmatic Agreement.
Kevin graduated from the George Washington University Law School with Honors and served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable James F. Merow of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
